about us

What is nofixedabode.ie?
We are an independent Irish design shop selling homewares, furniture, lighting, accessories and gifts.

We specialise in well-made products, with an element of surprise and innovation, believing in the value of long-lasting everyday design. We try to ensure that all our products are made by hand or using traditional manufacturing methods.

We are a family-run business, supporting other small businesses by working with other independent designers and studios to source our range of products. Some of our designers are well-known in the Irish and UK market and some are up and coming designers not stocked elsewhere.

We currently stock lovely stuff from designers including Donna Wilson, Peter Mac Cann, Thorsten Van Elten, Ninna Gøtzsche, Lush Designs, Kauniste and Hannah Turner.

Where are we?
The full range is available to order online here at www.nofixedabode.ie

You can also find a range of our products at our concession in the Designer Studio, Unit 2 Pudding Row, Old City, Temple Bar, Dublin 2. Open Monday to Sunday, 11-6pm.

Who are we?
Nofixedabode.ie is owned and run by and brother and sister Peter and Sarah Mac Cann. Peter is an award winning designer and has worked for clients including Heals, Habitat, Thorsten Van Elten and more recently for Innermost and new Irish brand Made*. Sarah's background is in online publishing and business.
