Delivery costs
Ireland
We have 3 postage and packaging rates for delivery within the island of Ireland:

Small packet delivery - €3.50
Small items will be dispatched via An Post's regular small packet service.

Standard delivery - €6.00
Standard delivery is via An Post Express post service or Fastway Couriers.

Furniture and large items - €40.00

Small items will be dispatched via An Post's regular small packet service.

Standard delivery - €12.50
Standard delivery for larger and heavier items is via An Post Parcel Post or Fastway Couriers.

Overseas orders
For overseas orders (credit card only) please contact us for relevant delivery costs.

Delivery charges and times for furniture and large items
We have an average delivery charge of €40 for furniture and large items. If you would prefer to collect your items in person from our office please contact us.

Delivery times for furniture items are normally within 7-10 days of  reciept of your order. We will advise you of your delivery date in advance.

Contact details
Please ensure you provide a valid, active email address and telephone number when you register as we will use these details to contact you should there be any issues with your order or to arrange courier delivery.

Delivery address
Please note that for all credit/debit card orders we are normally only able to deliver to your billing address. To arrange delivery to an alternative delivery address please contact us.

You can also use either the order form option on the payment page or contact us to issue an invoice for you to make a BACS payment (direct transfer into our bank account).

Delivery times
If your item is in stock, we will do our best to dispatch your order within 48 hours (weekdays only). We will contact you by email when your order has been dispatched.

Items dispatched via Standard delivery Express Post will arrive within 24-48 hours. Estimated delivery time for orders dispatched via An Post Small packet services is 2-3 days. These estimated times apply to the island of Ireland only. Please note that at busy times such as Christmas, delivery times may vary. Please contact us if you would like to arrange for guaranteed next day delivery and we will advise of the relevant delivery charge.

If your item is no longer in stock or during very busy times (such as Christmas) we will contact you with details on when you can expect your order to arrive. You can of course choose to cancel your order if you are unhappy with an extended delivery time.

Returns
