We make every effort to ensure colours appear as realistic as possible. However due to the constraints of digital reproduction on different web browsers, we cannot guarantee exact colour depiction. Every care is taken to ensure descriptions and measurements are accurate, however slight variations may occur. Length measurements are approximate and vary according to the size of the item.
Pricing
All the prices on our website and catalogue are in euro.
Contract
We must receive payment for the goods you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the address you provided when creating your account with us or on your printed order form. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.
Cancellation and returns
As buyer you may cancel your order for any reason up to the point of dispatch and any payments made shall be refunded in full within 28 days.
Any breakages or damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. Where a claim of defect or damage is made, the product/s shall be returned by you, the buyer to us as soon as possible and within 28 days of delivery. The buyer shall be entitled to a replacement or a full refund (including delivery costs) plus any return postal charges if the product/s are in fact defective.
Where returned product/s are found to be damaged due to the buyer‘s fault, you as buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage.
When you purchase online, you have a statutory right to return a product (other than a special order) up to 7 days after your order has been delivered (cooling off period). We can change or cancel an order up until it is dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, you can return the product to us in its original packaging and with order number clearly visible and we will organise a refund (excluding delivery cost). You must inform us of your intention to return the product within 7 days of making your order and must return the product within 28 days of delivery.

Please note all credit card or other payment information is processed by a third party, PayPal the internationally recognised e-commerce provider. PayPal has very strict procedures to ensure complete e-commerce security, protecting both the customer and merchant. We do not hold any payment information details, including credit card numbers or bank details.
